To improve your buying experience we would like to take this opportunity to state the most common misunderstandings we encounter:
- International Airmail shipping time
We ship orders as quickly as humanly possible, normally within hours of confirming payment, but once we have passed your order to the post office the delivery time is outside of our control. International Airmail normally delivers within 2-3 weeks but can take longer. We consider a parcel overdue after 1 month, if your order has not arrived by this time we will find a solution with you such as a replacement or a refund. If you require effective tracking or a faster shipping time please consider the courier alternatives we offer.
- Shipping prices
We offer our products at low prices but the cost of shipping internationally from Thailand is relatively high, even on small items, this can make buyers feel we are overcharging shipping costs but it is not the case. We work hard to offer responsible shipping charges, our calculation finds the actual postal rate using the packed weight of the item plus packing costs, this is converted to the listings currency and a small handling charge is added to offset currency fluctuations and the cost to transfer this amount to us in Thailand. For multiple wins our combined shipping discount reflects the actual saving of combining items into one shipment. Please consider this when rating our shipping costs on eBay, the shipping costs are unavoidable and any low grade will directly affect our ability to be profitable on eBay.
- Customs and import duties
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. You can check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying, these charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up, please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Our handmade items adhere to Fair Trade principles, we deal with the family and village based groups that produce these items, this ensures that the wealth generated by the labor involved goes directly to the people who create them. North Thailand does not suffer from the factories and sweatshops that are prevalent in Bangkok and other Asian centers, we are proud to be a part of this cottage based industry and to support the artists who create these beautiful pieces.
Because of the handmade nature of our items variations in size, imperfections, and differences in colour per batch can happen. We do our best to catalog product accurately but in the event you receive an item that does not accurately match the description please give us the benefit of the doubt, it was not an intentional oversight and we will do our best to find a solution with you.

Payment methods
- Paypal:

- Credit Cards:
We can manually process credit card payments for Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
- Moneybookers:

- Bank Deposit AU:
Customers in Australia may make payments by direct deposit into an Australian ANZ bank account.
- Bank Deposit NZ:
Customers in New Zealand may make payments by direct deposit into a New Zealand Westpac bank account.
We do not accept any mailed or postal method of payment for eBay purchases.

Standard shipping method: International Airmail
- Average shipping time to most locations is 2-3 weeks, but can be shorter or longer depending on airmail and customs delays.
- International Airmail does not have an effective tracking service.
- We ship as soon as possible after confirming payment, normally within hours (allowing for public holidays and weekends).
- International Airmail has no guaranteed delivery time, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive by any specific date.
- If you require an order quickly you may wish to look at the courier methods offered below.
- Shipments to Italy, France, Malta, and small or Island Nations normally take longer than larger countries, we consider parcels to these locations overdue after 6 weeks.
- In the rare event of a postal loss we fully cover you if you follow these steps:
1) Clearly state your correct shipping details.
2) Do not leave your delivery address unattended or move away from the address before the order is overdue.
3) Stay in contact with your post office every week to check if they have your parcel. Often overdue parcels have been held at the post office and will be returned if unclaimed.
4) Contact us between 14 and 25 days after shipment if the parcel has not yet arrived.
5) One month after shipping we will consider the parcel overdue, if you have followed the above steps and the parcel has not arrived we will find a solution with you such as a replacement or a refund.
* If you were unable to follow each step above and the parcel has not arrived after one month we will still take care of you, please talk with us and we will find a fair solution with you.
Combined shipping for International Airmail
- The shipping discount for combining wins into one parcel is 1.30gbp off the total shipping charge per additional item.
- To obtain the combined shipping discount you must make one consolidated payment for all wins, we do not offer a discount for items that have been paid for separately (although where possible we will still ship the items together).
- Example: You win 3 items with individual shipping costs of 4.10gbp, 6.41gbp, and 7.88gbp, your combined shipping cost would be 15.79gbp (discount of 2.60gbp).
- Items listed with Free Shipping are not eligible for any shipping discount.
- We list items in many currencies on eBay and eBay does not automatically combine wins in different currencies. To achieve the shipping discount on wins listed in more than one currency you must wait for us to calculate your combined total before making any payment.

- Offers tracking and limited insurance cover, however these services are not as efficient as UPS Courier, for example online tracking of EMS parcels is lacking in Thailand and in some destination countries tracking may be limited or not available.
- We have found EMS Courier to be an effective service, however all international parcels may be subject to customs delays so we cannot guarantee delivery by a set date.
- Normally delivered by the local postal service or the courier system attached to your countries postal service.
- As you combine wins together the total shipping will increase, but does become more cost effective as the order size grows. You may contact us with a list of the items you plan on ordering for a shipping quotation.
- EMS Courier does not deliver to some locations.

- As with all international shipping services UPS shipments may be subject to customs delays so we are unable to guarantee delivery by a set date, your local UPS agent may be able to offer a guaranteed delivery time to your location, the parcel will be shipped from Chiang Mai, Thailand 50000.
- Because we are located rurally allow up to 3 working days for your shipment to arrive and be processed by our local UPS agent. EMS Courier is normally processed within 1 working day, however UPS shipping is often a little faster and we quote both services as having the same average shipping time.
- As you combine wins together the total shipping will increase, but does become more cost effective as the order size grows. You may contact us with a list of the items you plan on ordering for a shipping quotation.
- UPS limits some products, for example Buddha images and any type of health powder or balm cannot be shipped by UPS.
- Some delivery areas have an extended area surcharge which increases the shipping cost. Contiguous USA does not have any surcharge. You can download a list of the extended areas

Policies
- If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please contact us and we will work with you to find the most suitable solution. Returns are accepted for products in their original condition however shipping costs might not be refundable so this is often not the most cost effective solution.
- Unless otherwise stated orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation (normally within hours), in the event there is a delay in dispatching your order you will be contacted with an explanation and have the option to wait for your order or have your payment refunded.
- We reserve the right to restrict delivery to the registered Credit Card address for Credit Card payments, or a Paypal confirmed shipping address for Paypal payments. We do not ship to Indonesia or Malaysia for orders paid by Credit Card or Paypal.
- When a buyer pays for an order using Paypal we will use the shipping address supplied by Paypal if it differs to the address given by eBay.
- We have had experience where writing a buyers phone number on a parcel has helped ensure safe delivery, so where possible we will add this. If you do not want us to write your phone number on your parcel please make a note of this when making payment.
- Buyers with an Italian, French, or island nation delivery address may be required to pay for a more expensive courier shipping option.
- Import duties or customs charges, although rare, are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Please email us any questions prior to bidding if you are not clear on any of our policies.
* We will always reply to you within 1-2 days, if you do not receive
an email from us within this time our email to you may have gone astray. Please
contact us again saying you did not receive a response. This includes invoices,
payment and shipment confirmations, and replies to all questions or comments.
