Hamilton 16-size railroad approved pocketwatch, model 992, from 1922. Has solid gold center-gear and gold jewel settings.
Winds very smoothly, started right up as I wrote this listing. Was completely disassembled and cleaned in the last year.
Original enamel double-sunk dial, no chips or hairlines that I can see. Original blue hands.
Bezel and back cover screw on and off smoothly. Keystone J.Boss gold-filled case has no dents or dings, but does have some fine areas of brassing starting to show around bow and crown.
No reserve! Satisfaction guaranteed or money-back (minus shipping/ebay fees, unless there is an error in the listing)
Please feel free to write with any questions. Thanks for looking! I have a whole bunch of other high-grade Hamilton pocketwatches (and some other brands, some with winding ind icators) listed, Bought a big-ticket piece for my collection, and something has to go.. :-(
