• By making a purchase from Tyga Toys, you agree to the following terms.

• Please pay for in stock items within 3 days or let us know when we can expect payment. If payment is not received, or payment plan communicated to us within 3 days, the item will be relisted.
• We accept Paypal, as well as all major credit cards through Paypal.
  

• We offer combined shipping on all in stock items!
• We can not combine shipping on preorder items. All preorders (with the exception of multiple purchases of the same item) will have their own invoice, and will be charged individual shipping charges.

• Please use the Shipping Calculator provided below to figure your shipping cost. All shipping costs are actual; we do not add any extra handling fees!

• We are happy to offer refunds/exchanges if you are unhappy with your item or change your mind. Please send us a message through eBay if you would like one.
  

• Please use the eBay Messaging system when contacting us. Standard emails may not reach us. We are not able to offer telephone service currently.

• Please note if you are purchasing a preorder item (it will say so in the description).  All pre-orders are scheduled to arrive based on the release dates set by the supplier; however release dates are subject to change. We have no control over these release dates and will do our best to communicate any delays. Per eBay's rules, if we can not ship your item within 30 days, a refund will be given upon request.
• If you purchase a preorder item, you can choose to pay right away or wait until your arrives in stock. We leave the choice up to you to eliminate any worries. Some customers like to pay right away and get that over with. Some choose to wait, because they may feel a bit weary about paying for an item that they will not receive right away. Either method is fine. We will send an invoice when you make your purchase. If you choose to wait, we will re-contact you for payment when your item arrives in stock.
  
• If you have paid for a pre-order and decide that you do not want to wait any longer, we will gladly refund you money upon request. Please do not leave negative FB or open a Paypal dispute if your item is delayed, just ask for a refund and ye shall receive!
