7 Days of receipt

An item bought on ebay, may be returned if described incorrectly. You must email within 3 days of receipt to explain the problem. The item must be posted back to us within a further 4 days by a traceable posting method. If a mistake has occured in the item description, money will be refunded. No refund will be given if you are 'not happy' or the item is 'not suitable' or if you paid too much. This is an auction. The full amount of the item will be refunded (there is no deduction for ebay charges) and refunds will not include postage. If you paid by paypal, refunds will be paid by paypal. Other refunds will be paid by cheque.
