Products will be despatched within 2 working days of payment.

You will receive a confirmation email from me once your item has been shipped.

I obtain proof of postage for every item I despatch. I will not be held liable for products lost or damaged in the post (as I send products well wrapped).

I hope that you are delighted with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your purchase then simply return the product to me within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price (postage & packing not included). The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. I suggest you use Recorded Delivery or other trackable means as proof of posting is not proof of delivery.
