Postage	All items are securely packaged and posted after receipt of cleared funds. Most items are dispatched within 48 hours of item ending.   ALL ITEMS CAN BE SENT DISCREETLY IF YOU WISH (PLAIN PACKAGING, NO LOGOS OR SHOP NAME), PLEASE LET US KNOW WHEN ORDERING.   Pay only 50p extra for each additional item (UK only)   Recorded delivery is an option on all listings.   Your Recorded Delivery Tracking Number if you choose it will be included in your dispatch email. Please be aware that we cannot be held accountable for lost items if you do not choose the Recorded Delivery option. Proof of Postage will be obtained but it will be your responsibility to pursue the matter with Royal Mail.   Please be aware that if you choose 2nd Class postage this may take slightly longer to be delivered.

Returns	We try to describe all our items honestly but should you have a problem please contact with the details and we will do our best to help.   Please ensure that you are purchasing the correct colour hair extension – refunds and exchange will not be possible for hygiene reasons. If an item is faulty please let us know.   No refunds/exchanges will be made on hair extensions due to damaged caused by cutting, colouring or altering the hair.
