Shipping Policy
We have a very competitive new postage and packing price structure for deliveries within the UK mainland to save you money. A £3.50 shippng charge is applied to all orders with a total value below £100. For orders valued at over £100, the shipping charge is £4.99. Smaller or lighter items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class and will have individual postage charges stated on the listing.
If you are purchasing multiple items from our shop then we offer a combined postage discount of £1.00 for each additional item. To qualify for this postage discount then you must wait until you have secured all purchases before paying. The combined postage discount will be automatically applied and you should receive a new invoice with all the items purchased and the correct postage charge applied.
Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday once payment has been received. Normally orders are dispatched next business day, however, during busy periods this could extend to 2 business days.
- UK Mainland deliveries allow 2-3 days
- UK Island deliveries allow 3-4 days
- International deliveries allow 5-7 days
Payments received on Friday after 12pm, Saturday & Sunday will be despatched on Monday. Please contact us for a shipping quote for international orders if not listed below.
International Shipping Charges
Please contact us for a shipping quote for international orders as this is done on an individual basis according to each item.
- Items under 2kg and below the value of £40 will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail. (No tracking service or delivery confirmation)
- Items under 2kg and over the value of £40 will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed for. (Tracking within the UK and signature required apon delivery)
- Items over 2kg will be sent through Parcelforce. (Tracking to destination and signature required apon delivery)
Returns Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products are covered by our 30 day no quibble returns policy, if you return the product in its original packaging unused, and in pristine condition.
Our 30 day no quibble returns policy comes into effect one day after the customer has received the goods. Please note we are only able to refund postage for faulty or defective goods.

If possible, please let us know why you are returning the items to help us inprove our service. Returning a Damaged or Incorrect Item
You are entitled to reject the goods and receive a full refund if the goods:
- Are faulty
- Are not of satisfactory quality
- Do not match how they were described
- Are different to the ones ordered.
It may require testing to verify a faulty goods claim before a refund is possible; in this case the retailer has a "reasonable period of time" to asses the situation.
