We also accept bank transfers & cash payment into our Barclays Bank account.

Collection

We welcome viewing & collection by appointment at our warehouse based on Mansfield Road, Bradford BD8 7LY. Please send us a message, email us info@hydrobay.co.uk or call 07595-288572 to arrange a mutually convenient time. We prefer collection – we save on packing & posting and this discount can be passed onto customers.

Shipping & Delivery

All items are shipped on a next day service – as standard for UK mainland orders. Small items are sent by Royal Mail and larger items are sent by courier. We can also arrange pallet delivery and delivery to European destinations at very competitive prices. We always keep proof of postage. Postage quoted is mainland UK only. Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland – additional £7 +vat

Rep. of Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands – additional £10 +vat

Warranty & Guarantee

New products carry a standard 12months manufacturer’s guarantee. In the event  of a claim please contact the manufacturer directly. Second-hand goods have limited warranty. Our standard warranty on second hand goods is 14days – unless stated otherwise in the listing.

Returns & Faulty Goods

We normally do not accept return on second hand goods. However, please contact our service team for more information. In the unlikely event of a faulty item or dead-on-arrival (DOA) item please contact us within 14days of your purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging if possible. All refunds or replacements are at the discretion of HydroBay once the item has been checked for fault or damage. If the claim is valid either a refund will be issued or a replacement sent out free of charge. Please note all returns sent back to us are sent at the customers cost.
