Item Description
The Rhino Pro Filter is constructed from Australian-mined RC48/RC412 carbon, the best carbon filter in the world. The carbon is tightly packed and sealed into a high-efficiency airflow cylinder with a vortex cone in the base and a custom pore surface for maximum transference. The high-porosity carbon and lightweight aluminium make the Rhino hydroponic carbon filter smaller and easier to handle.
Postage discounts: We offer postage discounts for all of our listings and charge a maximum £12.50 for all UK mainland deliveries. Our postage discounts apply to multiples items purchased, that are combined for a single shipment. A discount is of 50% is applied to the postage of any additional items to a maximum cost of £12.50.
No additional postage costs for: We use Royal Mail Tracked for all orders up to 5 Kg. This ensures your order is tracked from the moment it leaves our warehouse until your order is delivered by your local postman. Royal Mail Tracked has an additional benefit which allows you to specify a 'safe zone'; somewhere you would like your order to be delivered in the event of you not being at home. For example "please leave at No.22" or "leave in porch". You can use our 'additional delivery information' box at checkout to specify a safe zone of your choice.
All orders over 5 Kg we use a number of national carriers.

GuaranteeWe guarantee your satisfaction. Our product is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase or hire purchase against mechanical and electrical defects. It is particularly important that the purchaser should carefully read the instructions provided in with the product(s) purchased, in order to gain maximum use and reliability. The guarantee is only valid if this unit is used solely in accordance with the instructions and provided that it is not connected to an unsuitable electricity supply or dismantled or interfered with in any way damaged through misuse. Under this guarantee the company undertakes to repair or replace free of charge any parts found to be defective and is limited to the repair or replacement of goods only. Nothing in this guarantee or the instructions relating to the product excludes, restricts or otherwise affects your statutory rights. Returns PolicyYou are probably only reading this section because you are a little nervous about buying from us or you have purchased something that wasnt quite what you wanted. Either way it doesnt matter. You do not have to give an excuse to return your items. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting your eBay user name, date of your order and transaction details. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. Certain goods are exempt from this cooling off period, for example a ventilation item which has been taken out of its packaging in which it was delivered and used.
