All responsibility and ownership of goods passes onto purchaser once goods are received. Goods can only be delivered to the same address the credit card/debit card used for payment of goods is registered to,excluding cheque,postal order or bankers draft payments,therefore payment must be cleared in full before goods are sent/dispatched. All cancelation requests must be sent to info@musicmayhem.org.uk with any order references and details clearly stating to cancel the order.

You are free to cancel orders before any payment has been taken,this is free of charge.

All costs for any transportation on cancelled orders must be paid for by the purchaser appart from were goods are faulty or sent in error.We can arrange collection of any cancelled orders on behalf of the purchaser, The collection charge will be confirmed once collection is arranged. Orders cannot be cancelled if goods have been altered or tampered with in any way by the purchaser or any other party. This deos not affect your statutory rights.

7 day money back guarantee

In accordance with the Distance selling regulations, All goods purchased can be returned for any reason within 7 working days for a refund,less any delivery charges. All goods must be in there original condition and original packaging. Goods can be returned by yourself or contact us to arrange collection at a charge that is to be arranged. All goods that are sealed ie dvds ,accessories etc are not covered if item is opened.

Returns/refunds

All refunds are made to the original method of payment for goods to be refunded.

Any faulty goods within 28 days of delivery will be arranged for collection and replacement.
