PAYMENT

Firstly our auctions are for UK buyers only.

You are always welcome to come and collect items, contact us for payment options on pick-up.

To pay by card call us on 01430 828000 or make a cheque out to 'Resource' and send it to our registered address (cheques from major UK banks only please). Alternatively you can pay by BACS, details available to winning bidders on request. If paying by these last two methods, items will be sent out once they have cleared. Paypal accepted.

Strictly no cash, postal orders, bankers drafts etc by post. If this request is ignored and they go astray we cannot be held liable for this.

VAT

IMPORTANT - We have to add VAT at 15% to final price plus transport/postage costs (if applicable). Please bear this in mind when you are bidding on one of our items or preparing payment. We will supply a full VAT invoice with the item.

IMPORTANT NOTE - RETURNS

If goods are damaged, not fit for purpose or not as described we will provide a full refund and organise collection of the goods OURSELVES.

However, if the goods are undamaged, as described and fit for purpose and have merely been bought in error the buyer would have to return these at their own expense. Please note that when this happens it is also our policy to charge a 25% restocking fee (25% of the price the item sold for).

We reserve the right to refuse bids from ebay members with private feedback. We pride ourselves on the good feedback we have received and like to know we are dealing with equally trustworthy people.
