IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTE
PLEASE NOTE: When your item is dispatched an email will be sent to you to advise. A signature will be required by the courier service and 2 attempted deliveries will be made. If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving the dispatch email we sent please contact us. If the item is returned to us by the courier we will have to charge for delivery again.
Sometimes a signature is required at delivery. By placing an order you are authorising us to accept signature from another person on your behalf if you need to sign for an item and you are not present at the time of delivery. For some items that do not require a signature at delivery you may be able to give instructions explaining if and where you would like the item to be left if no one is present at the time of delivery, such as with a neighbour. We also use third party delivery companies which may, at their discretion, leave an item in a safe place if no one is present at the time of delivery. In these circumstances the delivery company will put a card through your letter box explaining where it has left the item.
Ownership of an item will not pass to you until we have delivered the item to you (either directly, or by leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour). When an item is delivered, risk of damage to or loss of the item passes to you.

Returns Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition.
Returns should be made within 14 days and in original, undamaged packaging.*
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
There are some products we are unable to refund or exchange Once the packaging has been opened on the following products, for reasons of hygiene and safety, we are unable to refund or exchange them unless they are faulty*

Mattresses, mattress toppers, duvets, pillows, personal grooming products, cosmetics, children’s car seats, CDs, DVDs, tapes or other recording media, software or video, made to order items and Vehicle Specific Car Parts.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on perishable goods such as food, flowers or plants unless they are faulty.

CANCELLATION OF MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS
Should you wish to cancel your made-to-order product for any reason, it is unlikely that we could sell it to another customer at full selling price. We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the full selling price. In respect of made-to-order products our usual refund policy does not apply and products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.*
