Because of the number of fakes and forgers on ebay, the COA has become almost a worthless piece of paper; some bonafide dealers are not even issuing them anymore. AFTAL feel it may now be the right time to make changes to the way we issue COA's etc, as the hologram in itself is all the proof that most people may need, and of course the holograms cannot be removed from items, so are now part of any item guaranteed for life.
