How I created your artwork (With a little help from Hattie the Jack Russell) Your work was carefully created in layers of texture, colour and glazes and took several days to perfect. To ensure you are 100% delighted with your new centre piece, I only use professional graded quality materials. Those incredibly deep textures that you want to reach out and touch are created by hand. I use special glues & pastes combined with crushed stones and shells to give the work a three-dimensional and sculptured quality. The cotton canvas is gallery quality and professionally stretched over wooden bars with staple-free, painted sides, so it can be easily hung immediately. Your work is authenticated with a signature and date on the reverse. A certificate assuring you of authenticity and provenance, plus advice on canvas care are included with your new purchase. It is not my policy to publish over-inflated gallery prices in my listings. However, we regularly sell my artworks in Galleries between £150-£895.
My Philosphy I set out to make art accessible to everyone. Because art can be for everyone, not just a well-heeled few. Art should make you feel good - uplifted, inspired. How often have you heard someone say, "I don't know much about art, but I know what I like"? That's good enough for me. Art is fun. Art is pleasurable, passionate & liberating - as you can see from the pic of my studio floor!
C A Jasper I was born in Yorkshire, England - the home of famous British painters like David Hockney. I studied art in London and now work as a professional, full time artist from a fantastic Kent studio. My Inspiration? Well, apart from the gorgeous countryside I'm fortunate enough to be surrounded by, I take it from everywhere and paint using a rich blend of colours, textures and metallics (hand-mixed because the 'off the shelf' metallics are too predictable!) I absolutely love the light-reflecting qualities of the metallic paints - constantly changing in different light sources. I dispatch my work to all corners of the world. California, Tokyo, Australia, Canada. It hangs in loft apartments in New York, exclusive corporate interior companies in Chicago, restaurants in England and stylish homes. Just about every wallspace imaginable. My feedback is a constant reminder just how much my work is truly appreciated.

We are delighted to announce our new gallery in Kent is officially open! We have acquired fantastic new premises with exciting plans to extend our art & design offering in the very near future. Located in the buzzing 'creative quarter' of Folkestone, really exciting things in the art world are developing in this part of the south east. Recently tipped to be the new art centre of Europe by the Guardian newspaper - it is well worth a visit.
