2. If you are not local you can post your phone to our service center (preferably Royal Mail Special Delivery) - SIM card/charger/memory card are not required.

You can pay by PayPal to support@gsm-support.co.uk (or send cheque/postal order with the phone). Please unclude £3 for return postage with Recorded delivery OR £6 for Special delivery.

We will post your Unlocked phone back the same day we receive it with Recorded or Special delivery, covers your phone up to the value of £500 and guarantees that you receive it next day.
