Any faults that occur within the first 14 days after the goods arrive must be reported to us within this time frame to be eligible for refund/replacement please contact us before returning goods. Goods with faults reported outside the first 14 days after the goods arrive should be sent to the manufacturer for repair. Please note that packaging must be in pristine condition to be eligible for a refund, and all goods will be tested if reported faulty upon their return.

If you are a private consumer you may cancel your purchase at any time within 7 working days from the day receipt of the goods without incurring any obligation or liability to us. In the event of any such cancellation you must return the Goods (including any accessories which were included in the price of the Goods) with proof of purchase, at your cost by sending it special delivery to the address below. If free delivery was offered we will deduct the original costs of postage from your refund.  Please note if you do not return all accessories that were included with the goods, we shall be entitled to charge you for the cost of the missing items. If you do not return the Goods to us in accordance with this agreement, you must make the goods available for collection and we will charge you the costs incurred in collecting it (usually much higher costs than if you post the item yourself) You may examine the Goods, but must take reasonable care of it until returned (we consider this to be unused, undamaged and in the case of mobile phones protective screen covers not removed, headphones/hands free kit unopened and in its original packaging)

If after notifying us of your intention to cancel your contract within the specified period, you have failed to return your Goods by sending them special delivery to us at the address below or you fail to make them available for collection as requested, you herby irrevocably agree to pay the retail price of the Goods.

If you cancel your contract you must notify us in writing, take reasonable care of the goods, ensure that the goods are returned in the same condition as it was when they were delivered to you.
