HP iPAQ Pocket PC h5400 series

I have for auction one HP iPAQ Pocket PC h5400 series (commonly known as Palm Pilots) complete with:

• Slim Removable Battery
• Protective Cover Pack
• Universal Cradle (for either USB or serial connection)
• AC Adapter
• Charger Adapter (tethered to the AC Adapter)
• Getting Started guide

Regrettably there is NO HP iPAQ Pocket PC Companion Software CD, which normally contains: Microsoft Outlook 2000, Microsoft Active Sync software, HP documentation including HP iPAQ Pocket PC Reference Guide and eBook in select languages or spare Stylus. These have been mislaid in the course of time!! 

I have been unable to power this item up so as I am unfamiliar with this type of technology I suspect the battery may need replacing therefore I have no idea if this item is working!! Bidders must be aware that this is being auctioned 'blind' and therefore returns will not be accepted and negative feedback should not be given!! All monies will go 100% to my nominated charity as proof that I am not trying to make something out of nothing!!

Reason for Sale:

Given to me by a friend in a box of assorted items on house move prior to emigrating to Australia (never made it but still trying!!). I am assuming that it is hardly used because the items are in good condition and all are present apart from the above CD and spare stylus and still contained in original box which is in good condition.

Please note that this technology dates back to approximately 2002 and has been superceded by later technology. This will be of interest to anyone who likes to play with old technology or requires to replace existing palm pilot of same model.
