So please read the details below for information regarding the condition, any damage or missing accessories etc. We refer only to what we consider are the main accessories and just because it is not mentioned does not mean it is included! If there is a less common item that is essential to you then check with us first.

Condition

Bearing in mind that one persons interpretation of  “Good” may be another persons “Average” we do try to describe the condition as honestly as we can. Whilst we have not changed or removed components, we cannot guarantee that the units are specified as originally sold. If a battery is included (See below) it will be un-tested over time and may not hold charge.

If an item is described as Working we are confirming that all the major features should be operating, albeit with any known issues noted. We will not have tested every port, driver, software application etc.

If an item is described as Non working we will detail the major known problems, but this does not mean that there are not other issues that we are unaware of.

If an item is listed as Spares or Repairs it means that the item is faulty or damaged and whilst we endeavour to list the faults and problems that we are aware of, there may well be others, and closer examination may result in the item only being suitable to be stripped down for component use and this should be taken into account in any valuation before you bid.

Payment and Shipping

Payment can be made via: PayPal or call us to pay directly by Debit Card - Switch/Maestro or Credit Card - Visa, Mastercard. Please note if paying by credit or debit card we will only ship to the CONFIRMED PAYPAL or VERIFIED CARD HOLDERS ADDRESS. If the address you provide does not match what appears on your card issuers statement payment will be declined. All prices include VAT.

Goods must be paid for within 5 days of the auction closing or we reserve the right to re-list them.

Our shipping charges specifically exclude the cost of delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highland and Islands and other offshore UK addresses.

The charge for a basic 2-business day service runs from £29.99.

We are also unable to post to PO or commercial Mailbox addresses.

This delivery charge includes insurance. Intecpc will be responsible for the care of the product up to the point of delivery. Once delivered the product is the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping charges and dates

When comparing shipping charges please note that we pack our items as safely as possible using a substantial outer carton for larger items and despatch via a next weekday courier service.

Our despatch days are usually Tuesday evening and Thursday evening for delivery on the following day, which will normally be a pre-noon delivery, but there may be times when this is not possible. We endeavour to ensure that items paid for up to 13:00 on these days should be shipped that day, but we cannot guarantee this. All items paid after this time will go on the next delivery. Please note we are only available to answer questions and ship goods Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 4.30pm.

What if there is a problem

Please retain a copy of your Ebay item invoice as proof of purchase. In the unfortunate circumstance that you should encounter a problem with your product. please initially inform us by Email within 7 days of receipt: Michelle@intecpc.co.uk so that we can resolve the issue.
