Every caution is taken to ensure your product arrives with you intact and as described, however we do ask that you inspect the goods prior to signing as received, If you are unable to do this please clearly mark “ Item Unchecked”

All discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours

All refurbished product has been fully soak tested prior to listing, All items are covered for 90 days on a return to base warranty. Should in the unlikely event you require this service you will be expected to return the item in the packaging we supplied. The BUYER will be liable for the cost of returning the item no matter what the cause of return and for the subsequent cost of having the item returned to him/her if it is found the item has been tampered with in any way. We do not cover and can charge for Software faults, the PC cannot be returned if operating system becomes corrupted due to installation of third party software or misuse or fails due to any other software issue. We only guarantee against hardware failure where the item has not been miss-used or tampered with.

Goods returned without prior authorisation may be refused upon delivery.  Goods authorised for return will be 1st repaired and returned.  If repair not possible it will be replaced with identical item or equivalent item.  If neither of these two options is available will finally issue a refund less our original shipping costs.

REFURBISHED: The item was a used item but has been reconditioned, upgraded, updated and has been run through tests.

FOR ALL ITEMS : driver cds, recovery disks(cds) including operating systems, and manuals are not included unless stated otherwise in the auction.  PC is pre-loaded with Windows Operating System and comes with genuine Windows Licence.  Drivers have been loaded and saved on PC. (Pictures shown in listing may not be of actual PC. You may need to install software to enable you to watch dvd's of copy software as this is not including within Windows software.
