WARRANTY AGAINST DOA:

Items we sell, not including "AS-IS" items, if shipped within the lower 48 US state addresses except APO/FPO addresses that fail to function as intended by OEMs within 3 days after your package arrival are covered under this warranty. Buyers must notify the seller of the discrepancies within 3 days of arrival. The item(s) will be returned to seller at buyers' expense. Returned item(s), found damaged due to buyer's negligence or abuse during buyer's testing and shipping processes, will void this warranty. All returned items will be examined/tested to determine their condition. Returned item(s)that are determined to be in working order will be returned to buyers at buyers' expense. All item(s)will be disposed after 60 days from our 1st notice to buyers. We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. S/H costs are not refundable. We, however, will be responsible for S/H costs to ship your replacement item(s). This warranty does not cover buyers' inability or lack of knowledge and experience to properly install and use the purchased products as specified by OEMs.

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR SHIPMENT IS LOST OR DAMAGED:

Generally, seller is not responsible for your lost/damaged shipments but will cooperate with buyers to obtain possible compensation for your shipments from carriers. Our packages are normally shipped with insurance at no additional cost to bidders. Notice that FedEx requires a notification of lost/damaged shipment within 14 days and may take up to 45 days to investigate and resolve your issues. Please notify seller if you still don't have your package(s) after 10 days of making payment. A shipment notification along with your tracking number is always sent to you before your package(s) are shipped.
