UK Delivery: We aim to deliver item in 2-5 business days upon clearance of payment (majority of product will be posted 2 days after payment clears unless payment is an echeque or paypal have held payment or for some other reasons in which case client will be contacted) (cheque payments will take up to 10 working days)
International Delivery
The Basic price of international delivery to the EU is listed as shown. EU Delivery times : 5-10 working days. Note : For Destinations outside of certain postal zones an small additional fee will be added and a price including tracking and insurance will be quoted. Please contact us to enquire.
Payment
Payments via paypal, online banking, telephone banking, funds in account, or cheque, credit card payments are only accepted via paypal.
When making payment or any correspondence always use item number as it makes it easy to trace buyer, always use item number as ref when paying into my account.
Payments must be made in full no instalments
Please when buying make sure you only make one transaction if you’re only buying one machine.

Problems / returns policy
Important : Before leaving any kind of feedback please follow the following procedure to resolve any issues. Please contact us with your phone number and item number we will get in touch and if required we will send you a returns form.
*Returns policy only applies to technical failure of equipment, not due to dislike of product after receipt.
Any postage and packaging charges are non refundable unless product is DOA in which case collection can be arranged within the first 7 days
If item becomes faulty or a fault has occurred then query is to be forwarded
To manufacturer if machine is still under their warranty.
Goods returned to us will be repaired or exchanged for like.
Refunds are issued if client feels that there is no other method to resolve issue.
* Goods MUST be returned with adequate packaging, preferably in the original box.
Goods damaged on receipt will not be accepted.
All goods are to be returned as a complete unit with supplied cables, integral accessories etc.
Any item assessed to be no fault found will be returned to customer in the same state as received.
Refund will be issued after goods have been assessed (minus postage charges) to be in the state as originally sent.
