The Hewlett-Packard 3500/3700 series toner refills yield 4,000 sheets at 5% nominal coverage. The Hewlett-Packard 3500/3700 series cartridges are refilled using the "Melt Hole and Pour" method by making a hole into the toner chamber. You may order a Starter Kit of tools for this purpose priced at £10.70. We provide specific instructions with the toner. We also supply BLACK, MAGENTA and YELLOW and a Rainbow Pack of toner refills. You must reset the cartridges so that they continue printing. We provide Black, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow replacement chips to reset the cartridges. These simply stick in place of the old chip. You usually need to replace the chip each time you refill. It is possible to refill the cartridge before it runs out of toner without replacing the chip. Once it runs out of toner you need to replace the chip. If you have more than one printer it may be possible to run the printer in "Disable Cartridge Check" diagnostic mode with a spent chip.

The carriage and handling costs are shown below and we accept the same payment methods. UK Sales

Carriage and handling is £2.95 on this bottle. We aim to despatch orders the same day if payment is received before 3:30pm. We ship by 1st class letter post. While over 90% of 1st class mail arrives on the day after posting, this is not guaranteed. We therefore offer guaranteed next day Special Delivery for £7.95.

International Sales

Orders are shipped by Airsure or International Signed For Airmail that usually takes from 3 to 7 days, with a possible customs delay. Customers outside Europe pay £23.91 per bottle plus £5.48 carriage and handling while customers from EEC countries within the common Value Added Tax scheme* who supply us with a valid local Value Added Tax number pay a total of £23.91 per bottle plus £7.32 carriage and handling.

*These countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, except the Faroe Islands and Greenland, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, including the Azores and Madeira, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, including the Balearic Islands but excluding Ceuta and Melilla, Sweden.

Guarantee

We accept back for refund unopened bottles in good condition. This toner is compatible with these models and we guarantee that it will not damage them but as we have no control over the state of your cartridges or how you refill them, we cannot guarantee that every cartridge will be refilled successfully. We suggest that you ensure that you are happy with the first bottle before opening others. We do not guarantee that the colour balance will match the original toner precisely.
