:: Warranty Terms

All our new goods come with 12 months warranty. All used good come with a 30 day warranty unless stated otherwise. All refurbished goods come with a 3 months warranty unless stated otherwise. If new goods are covered by manufactures warranty then goods are covered by this and nothing else. We will not also offer additional warranty. All warranties are RTB – return to base.

Please note: our terms and conditions are for the protection of both Home computer repairs and you the buyer. Please heed our Ts & Cs which should make for a happy buying experience for us all.

Lastly, we try our best to make sure that goods we sell are as described.
If, in the event you are one of the few that have received goods that are either faulty or not as described, we ask you to please, give us the opportunity to put things right.

:: Refund Terms

We will only accept returned item(s) if they are either not as described or if the goods are faulty. Under no other circumstances will we accept returned items. Also buyer(s) must contact Home computer repairs at the earliest possible time to notify that item(s) are faulty or not as described. Buyer(s) have 7 days to inform us of the condition of item(s) if there is a fault. If goods are returned to us without our knowledge or consent, good(s) will not be signed for. Also, please return items in their original packaging.

If goods are returned as a result of being faulty and upon inspection with find this not to be the case, a testing fee will be added and you will also have to cover p+p charge. This will have to be settled before goods are returned to buyer. If the goods are faulty, Home computer repairs will cover all charges except return postage.
