Personal Cheque: If paying by Cheque please allow up to 5 working day's for the Cheque to clear into our account. Postal Order: All Postal Orders are cashed and items are despatched on the day of receipt. If your item is faulty we will offer you a repalcement item free of charge or a refund. The buyer must pay for the faulty item to be sent back to us before any refund is issued so that we can send it away to be fully tested.
Alternatively if you are not 100% happy with your item then we will offer you a refund for the item, minus the cost of postage. The buyer must pay for the item to be sent back to us at their own cost.
