The item must be sealed as an original packaging and not have been fitted to printer. If the goods that you purchase are not what you expected than email us.

Refunds will be made within 10 days of cancellation. Postal charges back to us at are the responsibility of the customer.

If one of our products ever fails you due to manufacturing defect, Please return the goods with its original packaging upon receipt the cartridge. We will test the goods and if proven faulty a replacement will be dispatched on the same day. However if the goods prove to be of salable quality than postage fee will be applied for return goods.

If there is a manufacturing defect, please describe it (we want to make sure it never happens again) and let us know we will replace your cartridge.
