The C9352AE and C9351AE works in the following printers:

HP 21 = 5ml of ink

HP 22 = 5ml of ink

These cartridges are GENUINE and SEALED FROM HP.  They offer the highest print quality of any cartridge on the market. They are in date by a minimum of 9 months and most over a year and are GUARANTEED FACTORY FRESH, BRAND NEW sealed in foil or your money back!

Unlike some other sellers on e-bay who state their item is in the UK but then its shipped from USA and also send them without boxes, these cartridges are all in their original boxes and are shipped from the UK. 

Shipping Policy

·        All items are shipped Monday thru Friday within 48 Hrs of payment clearing.

·        Items can be sent using Royal Mail 1^st or 2^nd class for inland UK addresses or Airmail for European addresses. Free P&P for 2nd class UK only

·        Additional posting methods are available on request (may require additional funding)

·        Please note if you pay by PayPal and there is a different address on your E-bay account your order will be sent to your PayPal address unless you notify me otherwise.

In order for this transaction to be as smooth as possible please note the following;

1.     Unfortunately we have no control over Royal Mails delivery timescales. We can only control the time taken from your payment having cleared to the time your package is put into the postal system. If your package arrives next day then Royal Mail deserve the credit for delivering it quickly, if it takes 9 days then again Royal Mail deserve the criticism for the long delivery times.

2.     If you require your cartridges quickly please ensure at the minimum you choose 1^st class posting not 2^nd class. If you require your cartridges very quickly or the next working day then please contact us and we can arrange for your cartridges to be sent using a next day service (additional funding may be required)

3.     Royal Mail 1^st and 2^nd class deliveries do not have a guaranteed delivery timescale. Royal Mail will not class a parcel as lost until 15 days have passed from posting date and sometimes it can take the full 15 days before your package is delivered.

4.     We cannot do anything with regards to lost parcels until 10 working days (Monday to Friday not including weekends or bank holidays) have passed from posting date. If your cartridge has not been delivered after 10 working days please contact us and we will take it up with Royal Mail for you. Please ensure that you have been to your local sorting office to check to see if it is there before contacting us as often this is where they are being held.

5.     For any parcel sent using a recorded or guaranteed service the reference number is available on request from us.

6.     Your cartridges will not be posted until payment has cleared, please do not ask for it to be sent before your payment has cleared as refusal often offends.

7.     A confirmation e-mail of your purchase and posting date will be sent to your e-mail address (Paypal e-mail address for any paypal payments including e-cheques, e-bay e-mail address for payments by cheque, postal order/bankers draft or bank transfer) once payment has cleared. If you do not receive your confirmation e-mail please contact us through e-bay.

Please note that if you plan to pay by cheque this can take up to 7 working days to clear before your cartridges can be released.

A paypal e-cheque can take over 10 days to clear, please be aware of this before purchasing using an e-cheque.

A bank transfer will normally only take 3 working days and therefore you will get your cartridges quicker. 

An ebay message will be sent to anyone paying using a paypal e-cheque to ensure you are aware that you have paid using this method and what the expected (Paypal inform me of an expected clearing date which is not guaranteed, sometimes it can take longer than the reported expected clearing date before your e-cheque clears) clearing date will be.

An ebay message will be sent to you once your personnel cheque has been received and an e-mail will be sent to you once the personnel cheque has cleared.
