We buy our products in bulk so that we can pass on the savings to our customers most of the items are perfect and have been sent to us with damaged packaging or as end of line or liquidated stock. Some of them are unused customer returns

 They have all been sorted and if not boxed tested

Customers usually return items under the retailers policy for one of 2 reasons They bought the wrong item or they have minor damage, retailers are not allowed to resell the items and therefore we buy in bulk and pass on the savings to our customers 

We grade all of our items as per the grading system below

A No visible damage on any of the faces that will be seen all fittings included as far as we can tell Please note these may have very very minor blemishes which are not obvious when we inspect them. Integrated appliances may have panel damage to one or more of the unseen sides, top, or back which wont be seen when the item is fitted and wont affect its performance, may or may not be in original box

B Minimum damage i.e. small scratch, chip or dent on the front of the item, which will be seen when fitted but is very minor (see comment at top of page for specifics) All the fitting are included. May or may not be in original box

C  More damaged than B may have been fitted but not used, may be missing some of the fittings minor (see comment at top of page for specifics)  These items are listed for collection only but can be shipped, payment if shipped is by BACS transfer and no refunds are given on grade C items for cosmetic damage. May or may not be in original box

Remember that each of our items is individually graded and tested and stock is limited and the items sell very fast so if you want it buy it don’t watch it. We get lots of calls from disappointed people who watch rather than buy and miss the item. If you see an item cheaper at a retailer we will beat the price

Delivery charge is  to England and Wales.Most of our deliveries are subsidised but we may be able to offer discount for more than 2 items please call us to discuss. For Scotland,  please call for a quote before bidding/buying otherwise we will atomatically add a surcharge. We do not deliver off the mainland

Once you have made a purchase and payment is received we will despatch your item as soon as possible, our carrier will call you first to arrange a mutually convenient time, and delivery will be generally within 10 working days of payment clearing. If you do not leave a phone number when you make the payment your item will be delayed whilst we try to contact you.

Delivery is to your door, or Kerbside if there are access issues, i.e. steep slopes steps etc.

If access is not available or you are not in to take an arranged delivery, a

further delivery charge will be made.

Please Check your item carefully before signing for it, even if it means making the driver wait a few minutes if it is not as described or is damaged do not accept. No claims for transport damage will be accepted once the item is signed for (even if signed as not checked) as it is then impossible for us to claim from the carrier once a signature is received. Any items returned as damaged will be checked this end before a replacement/refund is sent.
