From experience, less than 5% suffer damage (and never more than crushing to the outer box) and only 5% have been lost. For items without insurance which go missing or are damaged I will provide full postal receipts & assist in anyway I can but I will not be held responsible. If you require insurance you must let me know before paying - an approximate cost is £1.00 for UK packages & £4.00 for international destinations. also please allow 28days for delivery
And finally! Most items are packaged and ready to go within 7days of receiving payment, but occasionally it may longer. If you would like your item by a specific date please let me know. Please be aware that I always leave non Paying Bidders Negative feedback ! I will always sue Non Payers.
