Emergency Puncture Repair For Large Cars

Be prepared for a puncture at any time by carrying TYREWELD. A quick and simple get you home repair. No wheel change is necessary. TYREWELD is suitable for tubeless tyres only.

Read all instructions thoroughly before starting the repair.

1.      Tyreweld is not a permanent repair, but is designed to get you home. The tyre should then be either repaired or replaced depending on the severity of the puncture.

2.      Travel at reduced speed – do not exceed 30mph/45 kph.

3.      Tyreweld is not suitable for large holes or repairs to tyre wall. Do not use where the tyre has been displaced from the rim.

Formula suitable for all new or used tyres measuring over 195mm in width.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1.      Remove object causing puncture and position puncture at the base of the wheel. Deflate tyre completely. Shake can vigorously. If cold, warm can in your hands or in hot air from the car heater vent.

2.      Clean tyre valve thread and screw connection tube to it firmly so that the valve is in the 10 to 2 position if possible. Break the safety seal.

3.      Holding the aerosol vertically in one hand turn the knob ¼ of a turn (in the ON direction) to the automatic transfer of the product. Allow the aerosol to EMPTY COMPLETELY and wash off excess immediately.

If you need to stop the automatic transfer whilst in use, turn the knob ¼ turn in the opposite direction (in the OFF direction). Once the aerosol is completely empty and the tyre re-inflated,turn ¼ turn (in the Off direction) BEFORE unscrewing the connector and replacing the valve cap.

IMPORTANT: immediately DRIVE FOR 6 TO 12 MILES (10 TO 20 KM). So that the product can be distributed uniformly and the gas pressure slackens off. Stop at the nearest service station to adjust the tyre pressure (in accordance with the manufacturer's instruction). Take your vehicle to a tyre repairer for repair or replacement of the affected tyre as soon as possible.

DO NOT REPAIR TYRES THAT HAVE COME OFF THE RIN, THAT ARE RIPPED, HAVE PUNCTURES LARGER THAN 5MM OR HAVE PUNCTURED WALLS.

CAUTION: Before work begins inform your tyre repairer that you have used Tyreweld.
