Ribera Beach is a development of spacious apartments with communal pool in the seaside village of Mar De Cristal, on the southern end of the Mar Menor, 500 metres from the beach.
This luxury air conditioned apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 good sized bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded, both with built in wardrobes. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower. The property is situated on the third floor, with wonderful sea and mountain views which can be be enjoyed from both within the apartment and from the spacious balcony area. The apartment also overlooks a park area.

Just a short walk takes you to the beach, renowned for its clear waters, that are a paradise for swimmers and a haven for all types of water sports fans.
La Manga club is around 5 minutes by car and this offers numerous championship golf courses, tennis courts, spa facilities and many other activities so you can do as little or as much as you like on your holiday.
Close by is Calblanque National Park, with its kilometres of unspoilt Mediterranean beaches and a number of traditional fishing villages where you can taste the rich and varied cuisine of the Murcia region.
The La Manga and Mar Menor region have many great beaches, interesting places, towns, villages and other locations to visit, explore, or just sit and do nothing. Lots of things to do, to keep everyone happy. There are activities to suit all ages and these include horse riding, go-karting, tennis, golfing and a vast range of nautical sports.
La Manga is a beautiful part of Spain on its Eastern Costa Calida coast. La Manga is the area surrounding the Mar Menor, a salt water lagoon 21km long and 10 km wide. The La Manga "strip" is the peninsula between the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor. Both sides have beautiful beaches and excellent tourism facilities - something for everyone.
The Mar Menor enjoys average temperatures of 30c during the summer months. With an average of 320 days of sunshine each year and this being one of the driest regions of Spain, it makes an ideal holiday destination in both summer and winter.
The shallow (no more than 10 metres deep) Mar Menor lagoon is always several degrees warmer than the Mediterranean and is a paradise for water sports of all kinds and for those who want to swim or have fun in its crystal clear waters.
A great way to explore the sights and sounds of La Manga, is by bicycle. The transportation is affordable and accessible and even offers a great way to exercise while exploring the countryside. There is a wealth of trails, paths and roads for every level of cycling. Calblanque National Park offers routes that range from novice to extreme, with everything in between.
A holiday in La Manga affords one the opportunity to do many things. When you want to get in some physical activity, you can go out and explore the many walking and hiking trails. With its wonderful beaches and coastline, it truly is Spanish beauty at its most natural.

The apartment has a very attractive balcony area which allows you to enjoy the outside space. From here you can enjoy both sea and mountain views in addition to overlooking a communal green area. The communal pool is situated in the centre of the complex. The beach is just 5 minutes on foot.
We also have the benefit of a property management company who are always on hand should you have any special requirements. They will be there to meet you and provide keys etc. and any further help you require.
Getting There
The following low cost airlines fly into Murcia San Javier airport, which is approximately 20 minutes drive from the apartment. Flying times from the UK are 2½-3 hours depending upon departure airport.
