THE OFFER IS FOR A ONE WEEK STAY IN THIS VILLA between 12 - 19 November 2009 It is the same price for 1 person or up to 6 people sharing!BUT THIS BID IS FOR A WEEK'S RENTAL DURING 12 - 19 November 2009 THIS IS A GENUINE EBAY AUCTION, DO NOT BE AFRAID TO BID!THE OFFER DOES NOT INCLUDE FLIGHTS OR TRANSFER COSTS .Airport transfer can be arranged at an extra cost depending on requirements. Details for car hire can be provided. Transfer time: Approximately 45 mins from Faro Airport. Transfer cost: Approx. 80 Euro’s for a taxi from Faro – Lagos – we strongly recommend the hire of a car as the Villa is approximately 5 minutes drive from Lagos. Changeover day: Change over day is Thursday every week – however this can be slightly flexible depending on bookings. We would normally ask you to vacate by 12pm on the day of departure & the property will usually be available from 2pm on the day of arrival. All times/dates are negotiable and depend on the bookings for the week prior to and the week after your stay.Cleaning: The apartment will be cleaned 3 times a week by the maid and all towels and bedding will be regularly washed. 24 HOUR EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBER IN LAGOS. We employ a maid and a manager so if you have any problems at all whilst you are in the Villa it can be sorted straight away. Details given on booking. Please be aware that we also charge a £100 Damage Waiver Fee in addition to the final fee - this charge will be returned in full within 7 days after your stay on confirmation from our manager that no loss or damage occurred during your stay
