Accommodation comprises: 4 bedrooms, lounge, dining room, large fitted kitchen with all mod cons, bathroom and separate downstairs wc. The property benefits from gas central heating. There is a small garden and driveway to the front of the property and grassed garden to the rear of the property. The appliances included in the property are as follows: 2 Full height fridge freezers, microwave, electric fan oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier and hoover.

Our holiday packages are all inclusive with no additional charges for heat and light. All properties have:-

Central heating and fitted carpets
Quality furniture and furnishings which comply with Fire safety regulations

Our aim is to make your stay as carefree as possible and our holiday packages include a welcome pack of wine and flowers as well as basic foods and cleaning materials. You therefore don't need to arrive with the usual box of kitchen items because you will find it is all supplied for you. At the end of your holiday there is no need to clean up before you go as we take care of the laundry and the cleaning.

There is a wealth of things to do and see in the St Andrews Area apart from golf! We have miles of golden sand - chariots of fire was filmed on the west sands and the walk along the harbour to the end of the pier is worth doing. We also have a castle, cathedral, museums, Botanic Gardens, The Byre Theatre, Craigton Country Park and St Andrews Aquarium to name some of the local attractions. The town also has a number of shops, restaurants, bars, hotels and the numerous coffee shops are family friendly.

There are also a number of attractions in the surrounding area including the Scottish Deer Centre, Falkland Palace, Kelly Castle, Cambo Gardens, and discovery Point in Dundee which is 20 minutes by car.

Deep Sea World is about 50 minutes by car and Edinburgh and Glasgow make for a good day out and our easily assessable from our train station at Leuchars but you possibly won’t have time for all this in a single week!!
