Should you wish to return an item for any reason, you must inform us via email of your intentions to do so. The item must be returned within seven working days of its purchase. You must return the item via a postal service that is signed for recorded / trackable online. We will only make a refund, if the item is undamaged and in a fully resaleable condition.
Refund Policy
We inspect every item before dispatch to ensure there are no defects when it leaves us. In the unlikely event that an item is received damaged or significantly not as described, we will provide a full refund including the buyers' reasonable postage costs for returning an item (as will have been agreed via previous email).
In relation to items that are simply unwanted, we require buyers to return the items at their own expense and we will refund the purchase cost, less initial delivery cost, PayPal and eBay fees that we have incurred.
