  The prices of these items include contributions to a producer recycling fund (PRF) to ensure that waste electrical and electronic equipment is collected and recycled in a responsible manner. Please Click Here for some details on the PRF contributions.
  
  Creative will take back waste electrical and electronic equipment from private households at least free of charge on a one to one basis as long as the waste electrical and electronic is of equivalent type or has fulfilled the same function as the supplied equipment. Equipment can be recycled at any of the facilities listed on these websites
  
  Confirmation of your Online Ebay Purchase

  Once you have won an auction or bought an item with Buy-It-Now, we will send a confirmation message to your eBay registered e-mail account.

  Unpaid Items

  Payments for all auctions must be received within 3 days from the closing date of the auction. We will file an UnPaid Item dispute with eBay for all auctions where payment is not received within 3 days.

  On Checkout it is IMPORTANT to provide the following information for processing of your order:-
  • Daytime Delivery Address - this is needed for all orders, as they are shipped by courier and a personal signature is required on delivery.
  • Billing Address - needs to correspond to that supplied on your Credit Card Statement.
  • All orders will take 1 to 2 business days to process BEFORE shipment.
  • A shipping fee of 5.99 GBP will be applied during checkout.

  Taxes
  
  Goods delivered outside the EU zone are not subject to tax (VAT) (excluding the Channel Islands i.e. Jersey, Guernsey, etc).
  Therefore, at checkout and on the invoice, the tax rate will be set at zero.

  In some countries it is possible that import/customs duties and tax will be applied locally to products. It is your responsibility to check locally and pay any duties required.

  Replacements

  Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund for any item purchased through Ebay. If the item is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item with an item of equal or greater functionality, after you send the existing “defective item” back to us.

  WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

  Within 30 days of purchase you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) prior to returning the products. To obtain this RMA number, please email us at ebay@europe.creative.com to set up a replacement.

  Products returned without RMA numbers will not be processed.
  The Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number must be clearly
  marked on the outside of the wrapping/box.

  OVER 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

  Over 30 days of purchase you need to contact the European Technical Support Team. They will establish the nature of the problem and supply details on our over 30 days repair policy.
