"HMS Hood Postcards" a collection of over 350 cards reproduced on CD-ROM (Adobe .pdf format for Windows, MAC and other systems.)  This November 2006 edition greatly expands on the previous contents.

The ship is covered from many angles - port, starboard, bows, interior, detail - and there are related collections from the Empire Cruise of 1923-24 when the Hood sailed around the world in the company of the Special Service Squadron which included H.M.S. Repulse, Delhi, Dragon, Danae and Dauntless as well as HMAS Adelaide.

Of particular interest are the individuals' collections which give an insight into the life of a sailor many miles from home and the welcome given to him by the people of the Empire.
