All the HM part numbers we sell are genuine Walkera parts.  Please be aware of other sellers who advertise parts for Dragonfly helicopters but they are actually parts from other R/C helicopters that may, or may not, fit!  These can be identified by the correct the part numbers.

Delivery Options

If your order is place before 3pm Monday to Friday, it will be dispatched on the same-day via 1^st Class Post.  Normally 1^st Class Post arrives the next working day, but for guaranteed next-day working day delivery, please choose the Royal Mail Special Delivery option.

How do I purchase multiple items and receive the postage discount?

Simply Buy-it-Now on the each item you would like to purchase (but don’t pay yet!).  When you have finished buying all the items you require, click Pay Now on the last item you purchased and Ebay should list all the items you have purchased together and automatically calculate the P&P, based on our discounted rates.

Postage & Packing Costs

Our postage & packing costs start at £2.50, via 1st Class Post.  The majority of this cost is not the actual stamp value!  There are many other, more expensive, contributing factors.  These include the Jiffy bag, label, packing slip, printing ink, tape, and the labour for packing it securely for posting!  The Royal Mail postage costs are quite complicated, as it no longer depends on just the weight of the package, but also the thickness.  We have carefully calculated the P&P cost for each individual item, but it is impossible to accurately price a multiple item order.  If, when we receive an order, we feel the P&P is excessive, compared to the actual costs to pack and ship the order, we will refund an amount we deem applicable.

How will the "credit-crunch" effect prices and availability in the future?

These parts are manufactured in China, and we purchase them in US Dollars.  Since importing these parts, the UK Pound to US Dollar exchange rate has dropped dramatically.  These parts were purchased at the old exchange rate, so when all these parts have been sold, the prices of the next batch from China will increase by approximately 40%, based on the current exchange rate (when writing this advert) of 1.46 US Dollar to the UK Pound!

However, don't be too dismayed!  The prices will simply revert back to the prices of a couple of years ago!  Over the last couple of years we have constantly lowered our prices, in unison with the increase of the Pound against the Dollar!

F.A.Q. - Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  Do you stock the parts for my Dragonfly helicopter?

A:  The word “Dragonfly” covers the whole range of helicopters manufactured by Walkera.  The correct full title of your model should have a number after it.  For example:-

Walkera Dragonfly No22E

Dragonfly is often shortened to DF.

Q:  Your prices can sometimes seem higher than other sellers?

A:  Many other sellers are based overseas, most commonly in China or Hong Kong.  However, their prices are quite deceiving because they often do not show all their shipping price, and add more shipping during final checkout!  Also, when the items arrive in the UK, they are then subject to VAT, and duty!  This is charged to you when it is delivered by Royal Mail.  If you do not pay the extra cost, they simply return the package to the local sorting office, until you do pay!  You can expect to pay at least 20% - 25% extra, on top of the "stated" price in those sellers' adverts!

All our prices are absolutely clear, and we do not add any extra later!  We have already paid the VAT, and any duty, when we import them!  So you do not pay this later!

In addtion to the extra costs involved with purchasing from overseas, there is also the addtional delivery time, and lack of warranty!  You wouldn't consider sending and damaged or faulty item back to China!  We are in the UK, and offer excellent after-sales service and warranty.
