gives a creamy appearance and consistency but also lowers the operating
temperature of the wax to provide a more comfortable client/home
application. The soothing and antiseptic qualities of Tea Tree essential
oil provide for improved after care.
Ideal for the removal of fine hairs, Hive
Gold Tea Tree Creme Wax is an enhanced version of Hive Gold Creme Wax
with the addition recognised benefits of Tea Tree essential oil.
Most
allergic reactions seen after waxing are invariably caused by turpentine
residues that remain even in refined natural pine resin. Hive Gold
Premium wax is manufactured using a Glyceryl hydrogenated rosin base,
where a further treatment of the rosin removes any remaining turpentine
and reduces the risk of a rosin allergic reaction for the client.
When
used in conjunction with Hive Pre-wax treatment, it will provide a
professional finish that guarantee's satisfaction, every time.
- Remove lid and heat the wax using a wax heater (heater in our shop or microwave, see notes below)
- Using a spatula, spread a thin layer of wax onto the area to be treated in the direction of the hair growth
- Press Fabric strip onto the waxed areas (available in our shop)
- Pull off the strip with a firm action against the direction of the hair growth
- Pre-wax solution and after-wax solution also available (recommended, but not essential)
- Buy from a very reputable seller for peace of mind and a worry free transaction

This wax
pot can be heated using a proper wax heater or microwave, for best
results and safety reasons we recommend using the heaters sold in our
shop, as if heated in microwave too long the plastic tub can be damaged,
causing a great deal of mess!

Faulty Items:
- All items are Brand New and sealed with full warranty, if a fault/problem occurs within the warranty period, please contact us for a problem code via telephone before returning the item to us.
Unwanted Items:
We do not operate a 'Home Approval Service' due to the great savings we offer, which means unwanted items may be returned to us only if the following occurs:
- We have been notified via email within 5 days by telephone
- The Product has NOT been used - due to hygiene reasons
- All parts are still sealed in bag - no exceptions
- The Packaging has NOT been damaged due to being ripped open etc...
- The item arrives back here in re-saleable condition (unmarked)
- Postage fees will not be refunded unless faulty

We accept payment by: Paypal, Non Crossed Postal Orders or credit cards.
Buyers must pay for goods within 10 working days, unless a prior agreement has been made with Hair-Angels customer services.
In cases where winning bidders fail to pay for their items without prior arrangement, we will initiate eBay's "Non-Paying Bidder" process and a Strike against your name will be left. (ebayers get 3 strikes, then banned from ebay for good)
All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT, so the price you see, is the price you pay. (Plus any postage costs that are clearly displayed on each advert listing)
Shipping...
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible, generally, if payment is made by Paypal or by Postal Orders, you will shortly receive an email from us confirming that we have dispatched your order, this is generally within 24 hours of receiving cleared funds (excluding weekends), but please allow up to 5 days for dispatch in extreme cases. (due to stock levels at very busy times of the year etc..)
With all payments made by Cheque, we wait 5 working days from receiving them so that they can clear in our bank. Following this, you will then receive our dispatch email.

So many sellers on Ebay sell ‘So Called’ New & Boxed or ‘Factory Surplus’ hair care products at very very cheap prices, sometimes lower than our cost price, this is because they are selling quite simply used ex-catalogue or Argos returns that have been used once, returned and re-bagged by a warehouse, and sold again. 3. Has the seller been selling long? Hair-Angels has been on ebay for 3 years now, so you know that if something goes wrong with your product, we will still be here next year to replace it.
4. Can you offer advice on how to use the product? The answer is yes, we have fully trained hairdressers readily available to offer advice between 9.30am-5.30pm 5 days a week.
5. Can I get replacement or extra parts from you if needed? Of course, we can get hold of spares, or refills if anything is ever needed….Just ask.
6. Do you keep the products in stock? Yes, everything we sell is in stock, otherwise we we remove it from ebay. This means we ship out items within 24 hours of payment (excluding weekends of course)
7. Is it sent insured? Every product that leaves our warehouse is sent either special delivery or recorded delivery, so a signature will be required on arrival to your home or work address.
