Currency:  All prices shown are in US funds. 

Payments:  We are pleased to accept payment by PayPal.  We ask that you make your payment within 7 days following the close of your auction.  Payment by COD is also available within Canada. 

Additional Items/Combined Shipping Discount:  We are pleased to offer discount shipping on additional items at just $2.00 each.

Gift Cards/Gift Wrapping:  We are happy to include a gift card with a personalized message as well as gift wrapping at no extra charge.  :)

Shipping:  At present, we ship throughout Canada and the United States.  We ship from our location in Ontario, Canada.  For the protection of both buyer and seller, we use only First Class Mail which comes available with a tracking number as well as $100.00 shipping insurance.  All packages are discreetly wrapped and labelled.   Packages shipped outside of Canada must have a Customs Declaration label on the package.  Again, items will be discreetly labelled.  For example, lubricants will be listed as "body lotion", romance products will be shown as "novelty", lingerie will be shown as "mens/women's clothing", etc.  All packages are shipping within 1-3 days unless noted otherwise on the listing.  A Canada Post Tracking Number will be provided to you once your item(s) have been shipped.  All items are shipped in plain, padded packaging.   Shipments within Canada typically take 1-5 business days and shipments to the United States can range from 2 -14 business days.  When purchasing items for gifts, please allow sufficient time for your parcel to arrive.

Returns:  Due to the personal nature of our products, we regret that we cannot accept returns.   If your item is damaged during shipping, we will be happy to replace the product free-of-charge.

Feedback:  We will post your postive feedback following the shipment of your product(s).  Our feedback is important to us and we would appreciate if you would post positive feedback to us as well.  If you have any concerns regarding feedback, please contact us. 

Lost Shipments:  Lost shipments are rare but do occur on occassion.   Before posting a negative feedback, we ask that you start by running a trace of your package.  If this does not provide you with the answers you are looking for, we ask you to contact us and we will investigate the status of the shipment and advise you promptly of what we find.  If in fact the parcel is deemed as "lost" by Canada Post, we will provide a duplicate order for you and ship it out to you by First Class Mail at no extra charge.
