We have a policy of leaving feedback after we have received feedback so in the unlikely event of you having a problem with your item please contact us as soon as you receive it and give us the chance to rectify it
We can accept payment by Debit Card, credit card, bank transfer, paypal and postal orders as soon as we have cleared funds we will ship your item. Or cash if you would like to collect. If you do decide to collect there are no postal charges . For credit card payment please add 4% to final bid price. Fastest method of dispatch is debit card payment direct to us, there is no charge for using debit card.
Goods are normally delivered 2 to 4 working days after we have received cleared funds
Although very rare problems can arise occasionally and when they do we try to do everything possible to rectify them as customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us.
Please read the following before bidding.
If you have any problems regarding faulty goods, missing items or goods not as described, you must report this to us by e-mail within 24 hours of signing for the goods or we will not be able to consider any claim.
If your goods are damaged in transit then you must sign the delivery note accordingly, do not just sign for the goods on the delivery note as this is accepting them in good order, make sure you insert goods damaged on the delivery sheet and notify us within 24 hours of delivery, if you do not adhere to these instructions a claim cannot be considered.
If you have changed your mind and don’t want the goods when they arrive or you have received a wrong item we will give a full refund of the purchase price. You will be responsible for postage both ways and returning the goods to us unopened and unused, the goods must be returned to us within one weeks of delivery.
