1 - PAYMENTS 1.1 - Payments Accepted: Paypal; Bank Transfer with IBAN and BIC Codes (We do not accept any fees); Postal Money Orders in EURO Currency. We do not accept: Personal Checks, W.U. or any other payment type. 1.2 - Terms of Payments: The payments must be made, up to 7 days after auction closed. After this time, automatic claim of non-payment, be filled on eBay, exceptions to this rule, only authorized by us. Buyers who do not pay the articles that had bought of free will, are automatic blocked to our future eBay auctions. 2 - SHIPMENTS 2.1 – Shipments Delivery All articles are carried out, 24-48 Hours, after payment confirmed. 2.2 – Combined Shipments We accept make one single shipping, until 5 days after first purchase, and most be communicated to us previously, this facility do not extended payment time, only if exceptionally authorised by us 2.3 – Shipments Insurance All shipments included full insurance against damages or lost. We do not accept any shipment without insurance. 2.4 – Shipments Carrier Inside Europe, all shipments are made by Private Carrier or Recorded Airmail, with track-and-trace service and delivered directly in purchaser address (please put attention if you have any restriction about this, and if your eBay or Paypal address are correct) Out of Europe, shipments are made by Recorded Airmail, with track-and-trace service (if available to country destination, please ask us). We can ship to, after request, with other Privates Carrier’s, like UPS, please ask us about costs to this way. 2.5 – Shipments Delivery Times Inside Europe: 3 to 5 Business Days, Out of Europe: 9 to 14 Business Days (depending of country destination). 2.6 – Shipments Exceptions We do not use Recorded Airmail, to countries, were the Portuguese Post does not make insurance shipment, in this case, we only ship with Private Carrier, and shipping costs are giving after request. All costs for shipment are final and we do not admit any discussion. 3 – CLAIMS If you have any claim or question about your received article, please contact us urgently, before take any negative action with eBay feedback, we try to decide any question or problem, friendly and fast, with satisfactory solution for booth parts. 4 – RETURNS We only accepted returns when one of these conditions is present: The article have a significant damage, do not mentioned on auction text Or The article do not work in perfect conditions (only applicable to motorized articles) Is this case, you can returned the article to us (with full refund, include shipping costs of return), or we can agree with you a compensation to problem. All articles returned must be done, until 5 days of reception, and returned in same condition of reception, included package if available, because if the condition is different of original sending, we cannot consider the total refund. We do not accept returns like type: The purchase don’t want anymore the article, don’t like the colour….etc. 5 – CANCELLATIONS By rule, we do not accept any cancellation after auction close, but we can exceptionally consider cancellation, but only after consider the reason of buyer for this appeal. 6 – WARRANTY: We act on eBay, like private seller, sell directly by private to private, and by UE Directive, we do not give any type of warranty for articles selling, only in exceptions mentioned in auction text. 7 – SECOND CHANCE OFFERS We do not make any second chance offer, to articles that the first buyer don’t have pay, and we have re-list the same article on eBay.
