HG Hagesan Cement Grout Film Remover - HG Extra 5 Litre
Description: HG Hagesan Cement Grout Film Remover removes cement film, grout film, limescale, rust stains and stubborn residues from the face of tiles without affecting the grout. HG Hagesan Cement Grout Film Remover is suitable for use on glazed tiles, quarry tiles, slate, granite, victorian tiles, brick and concrete, terracotta, porcelain and (acid resistant) Norwegian Slate; also on other acid resistant surfaces such as chrome and stainless steel.
It reacts chemically with the surface of the grout to harden it. This means that the grout is stronger and more resistant to dirt.
In bad cases use HG Hagesan Cement, Mortar and Efflorescence Remover (HG Limex).
IMPORTANT: DO NOTapply to calciferous natural stone such as marble, travertine, blue (hard)stone, several types of (non-acid resistant) slate, terrazzo, granito, basaslt and cement tiles. Use HG Hagesan Marble and Natural Stone Cement and Lime Film Remover. If in doubt test on an inconspicuous area first or use HG Hagesan Marble and Natural Stone Cement and Lime Film Remover.
When using this product we recommend using Eye Protection and an Odour Respirator (for poorly vented areas) as well as protective gloves.
It is recommended to use HG Hagesan Quick on floors when cleaning for the first time to remove the very last remains of cement.
Coverage: 1 litre is enough for a surface area of approx. 20 to 50 m².

Dosage: For glazed tiles a solution of 1:10 (with water) is sufficient. For quarry tiles, brick, stone, terracotta and (acid-resistant) slate a solution of 1:4 is used.
In bad cases use concentrated or alternatively use HG Hagesan Cement, Mortar and Efflorescence Remover.
Directions for use: First try the product on a small, preferably inconspicuous place. Apply liberally and spread over the floor covering no more than 10-15 m² at a time. Leave to work for 15-20 minutes, keeping the floor wet with solution during this time. Scrub thoroughly with a scouring pad or a stiff scrubbing brush and mop up. Rinse well (2-3 times) with water.
Repeat this treatment on affected areas if any white stains remain. Remove splashes on paintwork immediately.
The use of HG Hagesan Cement Grout Film Remover (HG Extra) may lighten the colour of the grout/cement.
Components: Organic and inorganic acids, nonionics, solvents, alcohol, sequestering agents, perfume and water.
Precautions: R34 - Causes burns. S1/2 - Keep locked up and out of the reach of children. S26 - In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. S27/28 - After contact with skin, take off immediately all contaminated clothing, and wash immediately with plenty of water. S36/37/39 - Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and Eye Protection.

How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?Delivery of your products should be made within 2-5 working days of purchase.
You will receive e-mail confirmation when your order has been despatched. If the item is via Royal Mail please look out for the package as it may be too big to fit through a letterbox and may need to be collected from your local Post Office or Royal Mail Depot.
If the order has been despatched via DHL Express you will receive a consignment number which can be used to track the order online at http://track.dhl.co.uk/tracking/

Non-Delivery of items must be reported to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. All online orders are e-mailed a despatch confirmation to the e-mail address given when the order was placed and all phone orders will be given an indication of expected delivery date when placing the order. Failure to notify us of a non-receipt of order within 7 days of the expected delivery date may result in any claim being invalid.
Can I specify a day or time for delivery?We will always do our best to get the order to you when you want it. If you have any particular requirements please call us. Timed deliveries and Guaranteed Next Day Services and Saturday Morning Deliveries are all available at an additional cost and can be organised by contacting us.
Do I have to sign for my parcel?Not necessarily. Unless otherwise stated, we can leave it in the shed, with your neighbour, behind a plant pot... just tell us where you'd like us to leave it and we'll do our best. You can do this by entering the delivery instructions when paqying us by PayPal or call us on 01733 241960.
What if I am out when the courier tries to deliver?Unless otherwise stated, they will leave a note explaining that they tried to deliver your parcel and what will happen next. Can I send my parcel to a different address? Yes - just put the address details in as you checkout.
