I have been collecting Hermes scarves for a number of years. I am a member of several Hermes collectors groups as well as a member of the Authentication Forum.

FLEURS DE LOTUS / Lotus Flowers
The MOUSSELINE (silk chiffon) is quite rare, transparent and fragile looking...Unbelievably lovely, like a whisper of silk.....
This vintage beauty is in spectacular condition...Especially when you consider it is 33 years old!
The colorway is truly lovely, with apricot, peach, and cream lotus flowers on a brown and gorgeous blue background.
A Mousseline is not as fragile as it looks, it is very versatile and quite fun to wear.
The hem (called a roulotte) is hand sewn by a roulotteusse and is rolled forward as are all Authentic Hermes scarves.
This IS NOT a SALE scarf.
The silk still feels new, and quite perfect.
The hem very tight.
There are no stains, snags or runs.
The care tag IS attached.
The Hermes orange cardboard home IS included
Every collection should have a mousseline, especially one as feminine and uniquely gorgeous as this one!
The Mousseline scarf measures the standard of approximately 35 x 35 inches, 90cm.

Because of its transparency, photos do not do this scarf justice. It far more lovely in person!
