The towel radiator boasts a 22mm bar thickness allowing for up to 50% more heat than the standard 19mm offerings of other products. Key Features: ‘Wall Mounted Straight Style’. Ideal for bathrooms, cloakrooms, en-suites and kitchens. It is fully tested to EN442 with a High Polished Chrome Finish. 15 Bars. 1 Towel Hanging Slot/s. Q: Can i pay over the phone?
A: We do accept credit card payments on 01253 720200 from Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm. This will often speed up the transaction process allowing a quicker delivery of your product, as we can process orders more promptly this way. No bank details of yours are kept at any point when taking payment. They are simply inputted into the payment machine and processed at the time of the call.
Q: Are all the items displayed in stock?
A: We always aim to have everything that we list available in stock to ensure we can maintain a fast and efficient service to our customers. Any items we do list that are not kept in stock can be shipped directly from our suppliers within 2 working days, again to ensure a prompt service. If on the very rare occasion a customer purchases an item that is not in stock, available or has been discontinued, we will inform them straight away and they will then be given the choice as to whether they would like to wait on the products delivery or would prefer a full refund to be granted.
Q: How long will delivery take?
A: We aim to deliver most items within 3 working days of the customers payment being received. This is usually based on the order being processed, prepared and collected in the first 24 hours, and the courier delivering within the following 48 hours. Fragile items such as glass, pottery and larger items that may require pallet delivery are shipped on a special courier service and may take longer. The delivery section of the listing will supply more accurate information in relation to the product considered.
Q: How reliable is the delivery service?
A: At Vida, given the nature of our products we feel there is a great importance in providing a fast and reliable delivery service. We know that any delay in the products delivery will only set the customer back in achieving their domestic goals. We therefore ensure that we use a service which is much closer to the customer, and much closer to ourselves as a supplier. The couriers used provide us with a personal account manager which ensures that should any problems occur, they are identified within the first 24 hours, and therefore resolved more promptly. The delivery service also gives us a tracking facility and ensures our goods are insured to values that far exceed their price.
Q: Can I collect my item once i have purchased it?
A: As stated previously, the majority of our products are kept in stock and so are available for collection. We would advise that before collecting an item you contact us in advance to arrange this either by phone on 01253 720200 or by email. This is just to confirm the item is in stock and to ensure that a member of staff is available to handle your enquiry when you arrive.
Q: Can I purchase more than one item?
A: Although the listings generally only offer individual products, we are more than happy to allow you to purchase more than one of each item. Furthermore, we often offer discounts on additional products. Again we would suggest you contact us to ensure the extra items are in stock.
Q: Can i combine postage when i buy more than one item?
A: Certainly, If you are choosing to buy more than one item from our store then in most scenarios we can combine postage for extra products. Fragile and larger products may not allow this but it is always worth contacting us to check, as every situation is different. If you are opting to combine postage then we would advise you either contact us in advance to arrange this, or alternately follow the guidance below:
Step 1: Commit to purchase all the products you require on ebay seperately, but DO NOT pay straight away
Step 2: Request an invoice from the seller, at which point we can combine the purchases and discount the postage
Step 3: Check the revised invoice and if all is ok pay for the product to complete the purchase
Q: Will you accept offers on products?
A: At Vida, our strategy is to make high volume sales, with low profit margins in order to ensure we can deliver the customer the most competitive price. This means that you are more than welcome to enquire however given the low initial price it may not always be possible to lower our prices further. If purchasing multiple items however, there will be more scope to reduce the price so please don't hesitate to contact us regarding this.
Q: Do you accept Cheques, Paypal E-Cheques and Bank Transfers?
A: We do allow customers to pay by Cheque and Paypal E-Cheque however we would advise against this as it often slows the process down meaning it takes longer for customers to receive their items. Paypal cheques can often take up to as long as 10 days to clear. Bank Transfers however are NOT accepted.

We endeavour to send out all goods within 48 hours of payment being received, this is usually within 24 hours (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays)
Goods are delivered by courier to your stated postal address and will require a signature to accept delivery.
If you require delivery to a different address, i.e. work, or on a specific day, please email us before we dispatch the goods.
We are unable to change the delivery address after the goods have been dispatched.
The couriers will attempt delivery once, if no one is available to sign for the goods, a card will be left for you to contact the couriers to collect from the local depot. The couriers may attempt to deliver the following day, but they do not guarantee this second attempt.
If the goods are taken to the local depot to await your collection, they will be held there for 5 days.
If you have not arranged collection after this time your goods will be returned to VIDA BATHROOMS along with a return delivery charge of £14.95, the purchaser must meet this charge.

Once you have finished shopping in our eBay shop, your goods can be collected from our showroom based at Genesis, Lytham St Annes, Lancashire, FY8 1SZ.
