·Chrome plating is the most expensive process on a towel radiator production, which you definitely would not want manufacturers to cut corners. Many small manufacturers who don’t have sufficient amount of resource to have in house chrome plating system and sub-contract their work to other firms, which normally end up with a minimum thickness of chrome on the product. With this type of chrome plating, the base metal colour will soon come through, and corrosion will probably appear in 6 to 24 months time. You would not want a rusty radiator in your brand new bathroom, would you? Delivery
Once the payment is cleared, the order will be dispatched the same or next working day. Most of the deliveries will be carry out by courier companies which will require a signature to receive the goods.
Goods sold within the U.K are insured up to £500 against damage in transit. Please email us within 24 hours if goods are found to be damaged in transit.
If you missed the delivery, you can request a redelivery with the card left by the driver or collect the goods from your local depot. Redelivery will be arranged automatically for the next working day if no instruction is made to the courier. If you fail to receive the order on the second attempt .Goods will be held in the local depot for 5 working days to await your collection. If no collection or arrangement is made, it will be returned to us along with a return charge of £19.80, the purchaser must meet this charge.
