Description:  Georgous polkadot dress from Japanese Brand HeartE. Fits a wide variety of sizes due to shirring but best suited for 34" to 40" bust & 26" to 36" waist. Perfect addition to any Gothic Lolita wardrobe. Will not be relisted on EBay again so don't miss this change. If it doesn't sell this time I will keep it as it is such a nice OP. Only selling some of my beloved items to buy something special. :)
