PAYMENT TERMS

We accept payment by most major credit cards and Paypal. Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to 3t promotions ltd. Personal cheques require cheque guarantee card details clearly written on the reverse of the cheque (card number, start and expiry date). NO Foreign Currency Cheques will be accepted. Payment must be received within 5 days of the auction ending. All payments must be cleared prior to goods being dispatched.

ALL NON-PAYERS WILL BE REPORTED TO EBAY, AND FURTHER ACTION WILL BE TAKEN.

PACKAGING & POSTAGE

All items are dispatched in perfect condition.  All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Service/Signature Required.  Please ensure your items can be signed for at the delivery address stated.  Each item has an identifiable number which enables us to check the status of your delivery.  If your items is returned to 3t promotions because of non-delivery, the buyer will be liable for redelivery postage prior to the item being resent.  Items that are returned to 3t promotions because of non-delivery DO NOT qualify for a refund.

Below are the delivery timescales from Royal Mail.  These timescales are from date of dispatch not date of payment.  Ebay items are usually dispatched TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS (3t promotions is NOT open Saturday's & Sundays or Bank Holidays.  Your items will be shipped as soon as possible after receiving payment.

The cost of packaging and postage includes:  Packaging, invoice, labels, Royal Mail Postage including Signed For Service and petrol.

POSTAGE INFORMATION FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES

Each additional single poster is charged at £0.50p for items purchased/sent to UK addresses.

Each additional single poster is charged at £1.00 for items purchased/sent to European addresses.

Each additional single poster is charged at £1.50 for items purchased/sent to Worldwide addresses.

Each additional poster set of 3 is charged at £1.00 for items purchased/sent to UK addresses.

Each additional poster set of 3 is charged at £2.00 for items purchased/sent to European addresses.

Each additional poster set of 3 is charged at £2.50 for items purchased/sent to Worldwide addresses.

RETURN POLICY

All items are dispatched in perfect condition. We will replace or refund any item(s) that arrive damaged. Buyer MUST email us at info@3tpromotions.com within 24hrs of receipt of goods outlining full details of defect/damage. All item(s)and packaging must be returned to 3t within 7 days in order for refund/replacement to be dealt with.  3t promotions will only refund purchase price unless otherwise stated (subject to circumstances).

Our Terms & Conditions have been made so stringent because of a few previous difficult buyers.  If you do not agree with these T&C's, please do not bid/purchase.
