1. The Parameter looks so good, but is it surely high quality?

    Dear Buyer, this is a High Definition (HD) projector , and the brightness is 1800 ANSI Lumens with contrast 800:1, which make the picture be better.  Besides, to make sure every item you get is very good, we test the goods for more than 6 hours before delivery.

2. How is the item condition?

    Absolutely it is new and with high quality. Surely it is the best chance for you to purchase the High Definition projector now.

3. Does it show well in daylight or well if have to be dark to view it

    Because our item has very high brightness actually, it could play well in daylight, and it is suitable for plating video game.  But if you want to make production show in daylight, we suggest DLP projector with better brightness.

4. Do you check for dead or frozen pixels? If I receive the projector and it has a dead or frozen pixel can it be sent back? Why do you say your projector is safe?

    On the production line, our projectors have been tested for more than 24 hours ( including 3 steps, one step for signal, second for picture quality, the third for stable)

Before delivery, every item will be retested as per the correct operation to make sure the full function could work and play fluently. 

Besides, the knowledge for users: Generally, the reason of dead or frozen pixels is that high temperature make the mainboard performance to be inordinate. For your information, the hot the projector produce is very higher than the computer like the other famous brand projectors, even it can bake eggs.  So we use 4 fans and design the item with reasonable intake to low the temperature,

    Meanwhile, the hot annunciator is installed inside of the projector to remind you when the temperature is too high. So we say our projector is very safe.  And please don't worry, this projector could play continuously for more than 10 hours.

    At last, when you get any projector from us or from someone else, please treat them as your favourite, and clean them regularly so that they could work for much longer time, with a view of which, we design our projector very easy to clean ( the above picture for your reference).

Meanwhile, Any defective item caused by error operation is not in the scope of warranty, so before using our item, please read the manual carefully,( because we have three similar items, but we use the same manual, so there are some contents in the manual are different from this projector ).

5. Does 4 fans create quite a bit of noise?

    No,  we strive to control the noise of the projector under 32 db, which is in a reasonable scope for enjoying, what's more,  take the safety using into considering, we think 4 fans are necessary. How do you think that?

6. When will the seller send out the goods?

    After your bidding, we will send out the invoice or you could make payment through PayPal directly to our account. After your payment cleared, the items will be sent out within 3 business days (as we need test the item before delivery) via express by EMS and after delivery, the tracking number will be supplied to you immediately. You could check the item condition on the courier website. Generally, it will take about 3-9 days to reach your side. 

7. What the buyer need do after your payment?

    Please supply the address verified by PayPal, and the telephone number for receiving the item.

8. Is the voltage suitable for using in the buyers' country?

    The voltage will be made as per the receiving address.

9. Can it connect with SCART signals?

10. If the item is broken by courier when the buyer get it, how shall the buyer do?

     a. We packing the goods with bulb bag and then double carton (like the picture) very strictly

     b. Only the express company with nice service has chance to cooperate with us to reduce unnecessary trouble for the buyer.

     c. Insurance is option.

     d. When the buyer get the goods, please don't sign for the package until you have checked the package is good.

     e. In case, If the item is broken by express, please don't worry, just take a picture for the broken part, then contact with the express company to claim for compensation and advise us within 48 hours. We will make response within 24 hours. Meanwhile, on receiving the broken item, we will resend new one to the buyer immediately.

11. If it is defective item not broken by courier, how will the buyer do?

     If the item were found faulty, Send back to us within 14 days after the day sign for to request exchange or payment refund. The buyer needs pay for the postage for exchange. The physically damaged items or that are damaged under error operating will not be acceptable.

     Man-made faulty will be unacceptable. And please note that the postage and handling charge, insurance fee in the transport will not be refunded.

12. If the item is broken beyond of the warranty time, how much is the repairing fees?
