Postage

All items are posted on the day of payment if paid before 1pm but please allow up to 10 working days for delivery due to any delays in the post. All our items over £10 selling price will be dispatched by recorded delivery. Returns Policy

No quibble returns policy as long as we are notified within 7 days of receipt and the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt and the goods are in the same condition as they were sent. Upon receipt of the goods back to us we will issue a full refund for the value of the item. Postage will not be refunded unless the item is faulty and in that case once we have tested the item and found it to be faulty we will refund and pay the postage both ways.

Chinaware & glass

These items are not covered by our normal returns policy

All chinaware and glass items must be checked on delivery, items that are unchecked and accepted that are then found to be damaged will not be replaced or refunded

Any items checked and found to be damaged, delivery must be refused and returned to us
