If making a return the item must be presented in its original packaging, circle our return address, the item should be marked 'not required' re-sealed & placed into the postal system. No postage should be due. Seller cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage in transit. Proof of posting is always obtained, any loss or damage in transit is the responsibility of the buyer to progress with the specified carrier. If required the posting certificate will be supplied after the request Royal Mail waiting period (normally 15 days).
