EACH LITTLE LOAF OF MARZIPAN IS MADE BY NIEDEREGGER IN LUBECK GERMANY TO A RECIPE THEY HAVE BEEN USING SINCE 1806. THE MARZIPAN HAS THE PERFECT RATIO OF CAREFULLY SELECTED ALMONDS AND SUGAR SO THE FLAVOUR OF THE ALMONDS IS NOT MASKED AND COMES TO THE FORE. EACH LOAF IS WRAPPED IN BITTERSWEET DARK CHOCOLATE WITH AT LEAST 50% COCOA SOLIDS WHICH COMPPLIMENTS THE ALMOND FLAVOUR
